INSTALLATION AND PRODUCT WARRANTY
We provide a lifetime warranty on our installation.
All hardware/components carry a year’s warranty unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.
The products we use and sell are of the highest quality but every now and again a product may develop a fault that is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Faults caused by accident, neglect and misuse, including burnt voice coils on speakers/subwoofers, are not covered under warranty.
Warranties are not transferable and remain with the original purchaser; proof of purchase will be required. All warranty work to be carried out in our workshop on site at CM23 2QE.
INSTALLATION BOOKING AND DEPOSITS
A deposit is required upon booking workshop time. Should you wish to move your booking we require at least one week’s notice. If you wish to cancel your booking then at least 2 weeks’ notice is required for a deposit refund. Your deposit will not be refunded if we receive less than 2 weeks’ notice.
You will be offered the use of one of our courtesy cars while we are working on your vehicle to minimise any inconvenience to you. All our courtesy cars are manual transmission and are provided will a full tank of unleaded petrol. The use of a courtesy car is free of charge; please return the car with a full tank of petrol. Failure to do so will incur a £25 surcharge.
Please also pay for any parking, congestion or toll fees you incur. You are liable for any Penalty Charge Notices (PCN) whilst in possession of the car. An admin fee of £20 plus the fine will apply if Audiofile-Incar settle.
Audiofile-Incar’s insurance covers drivers aged 21 and over. Our excess is £500 – if you are involved in an accident for which you are liable you will have to pay this excess. Alternatively, you are welcome to arrange your own personal insurance to cover you to drive this car.
YOUR VEHICLE’S WARRANTY
Any modifications made to your vehicle may invalidate your warranty. It is your responsibility to check your vehicle warranty contract.
PAYMENT OF INVOICES
Invoices exceeding £1000.00 including VAT must be paid by bank transfer – credit or debit cards will not be accepted.
